Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Window

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all eligible products. Whether your item is defective or simply not the right fit, you can initiate a return or exchange request with our support team.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. 
  • The request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order. 
  • The return must be approved and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by our support team.

Accepted Cases

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. 
  • Non-defective items, if the customer wishes to exchange or return for another reason (e.g., size or color preference), provided the item is unused and in original condition.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Returns are processed by mail. 
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping label and associated postage fees. 
  • There are no restocking fees for any returns or exchanges. 
  • If the issue occurred due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. 
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available if:

  • You received the wrong item, wrong color, or wrong size. 
  • The delivered product is damaged or defective. 
  • There was a processing or fulfillment error on our end.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. 
  2. Include your Order Number, reason for return or exchange, and photo or video proof (if applicable). 
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return address. 
  4. Ship your item back to the designated address, attaching the RAN to your package.

Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange promptly.

Important Notes

  • Items that are used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or refund. 
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 
  • Requests submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
